This Privacy Policy describes how GomenuPOS (the “Gomenu”, the “service” or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you use the Gomenu service.

GoMenu account information (including account name and password information) is very important personal information, please set up and keep your GoMenu account name and password information. We will protect your account information and other personal information from loss, misuse and alteration through security measures such as backup and password encryption. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please also understand that there are no “perfect security measures” on the information network, any transmission is at your own risk.

GoMenu has the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time based on the System features changes and user feedback. Once the content of this Privacy Policy changes, the GoMenu will announce to the customer via the GoMenu related webpage update after the content of the change is confirmed, and notify you through a noticeable notice.
